Day 5!

Week 1 is almost done! How have you held up?

That muscle soreness won’t be forever and you will amaze yourself at how many squats and push-ups you will be able to do by the end!

Day 5:

20 Basic Squats

10 Sumo Squats

10 Pushups


Day 4!

How is it going? The first week is over halfway done!! You may be feeling a little sore, but your muscles are strengthening each time you do this!!

Day 3!

It’s day 3!! You might be sore, but this is so worth it!!
